An open letter to the Ambassador of the United States to Armenia Mrs Lynne M. Tracy

Your Excellency Ambassador

On Wednesday, March 4, the Annual International Women of Courage (IWOC) Awards will be held in the United States during which the First Lady of the United States Melania Trump will also deliver a speech.

"VETO" social-political movement expresses its bewilderment and frustration.

The US Embassy in Armenia has nominated Lucy Kocharyan from Armenia for Women of Courage Award.

In July 2019, Lucy Kocharyan published about 200 anonymous letters with #voice_of_violence hashtags, as it was found out later by the Police of RA were false and didn't correspond to reality.

The madam was so keen on the process of making an impression of widespread sexual violence that she was publicly exposing lies and falsity, and eventually Lucy Kocharyan's behavior was perceived as a ridicule of real victims by the society.

Lucy Kocharyan's public promotion is implemented by the staff and beneficiaries of oligarch George Soros' office in Armenia.

These disturbing facts will be sent to the White House, the State Department and US National Security Council.

"VETO" social-political movement has so far abstained from identifying with oligarch George Soros and US state policy, but if comprehensive answers to the above mentioned questions aren't provided and no public explanation is given about the criteria for selecting a candidate for the award, then the US diplomatic representation will be responsible for Lucy Kocharyan's past and future activities.

Thank you
