“VETO” initiative group has been conducting a series of actions aimed at the lustration of the  foreign agent network and the closure of the Soros “Open Society Foundations-Armenia” office for months.

For around 22 years the foundation has funded people with antinational and anti-state mentality through its foreign recruitment network.

Through direct or indirect funding, this syndicate keeps a number of mass media under its control, with the help of which, through information manipulation, has made heroes of  killers, felons, and has consistently discredited the pillars of the state: legal, educational systems, power structures, including the army, The Armenian Apostolic Church. The aim is to ruin  the foundations of our statehood, to destroy the anchors of value system.

The Soros’ office, through paid foreign agents of influence, has formed a group of hired people promoting the foreign agenda and calling themselves civil society, and who now have significant number of seats in the National Assembly and in the Government of Armenia.

Today the sorosists have focused their activities on spreading and deepening hatred and mistrust in our society by provoking civil clashes consistently.

Falsehood, counterfeit, violence, oppression, persecution,  split in society , civil clashes  are their favorite toolkit.

Given that  George Soros' false idea of open societies is a threat not only to our statehood but it also hangs like the sword of Damocles over the heads of all countries in the region, “VETO” social-political movement will launch an action with the aim of informing the heads and delegations of the EAEU member countries about the Soros dangers.

We call on our EAEU partner countries to be alert, to expose foreign agents in their countries too, and to limit their state-disruptive activities . As for all political, public forces and concerned individuals concurring with our agenda, we call on them to join our action in front of  the Matenadaran on October 1 at 11:00 am.
