The Sorosist Corruption in "new Armenia"

The National Anti-Corruption Council (hereinafter AC Council) has preliminary scrutinized the leader of “VETO” initiative Narek Malyan’s report on the issue that the Minister of Justice of the RA Rustam Badasyan, while carrying out his responsibilities performed such an action that could reasonably be interpreted as an action prioritizing personal interests of a person related to him or of his own. This has led to a conflict of interests which is prohibited by Article 33 of the Law on Public Service.
